We’re proud that they’re imperfectly-shaped! These delicious Ugly Salmon Cakes (patties of savoury salmon and hand-mashed potatoes) are hand-moulded & pan-grilled with love + drizzled with a light sauce of fresh lemon juice and butter.

Old-fashioned Chicken Broth. A clear broth with chunks of chicken, dried scallop bits, hairy melon and long-grained rice.

Greek Salad – Imported greens tossed with fresh tomatoes and yummy cubes of feta.

*** The Garden Slug signature dish! Zesty Beef Salad – Tender strips of Sirloin sitting atop chilled salad leaves. A zesty dressing of lime, fresh chillies and herbs adds an interesting dimension.

Grilled Portobello Mushrooms. Served with herb-infused olive oil & balsamic vinegar.

Orange-glazed Buttermilk Chicken. Tender, boneless chicken breast glazed with a citrus wine sauce.

Pan-seared Dory Fillet. Lightly seared with just salt and pepper, topped with capsicum bits.

Healthy Chicken Kebabs. Flame-grilled skewers of chicken breast and antipasto, marinated in lemon salt and olive oil.

The Garden Slug Mixed Grill . Platter of Ribeye steak strips, Brazilian Lambchops and a Bratwurst sausage.

Hansel’s Meatball Pasta (beef+pork) in Spicy Arabiatta. We decided to name this after Hansel because that’s all he ever eats. True story.

Pasta in Old-Fashioned Cream Sauce with Oodles of Smoked Salmon. What we forget to tell you is it’s also got oodles of chargrilled mushrooms, french beans & cherry tomatoes!

Pasta in Buttery Garlic Glaze topped with Grilled Chicken Strips. Tossed in lime-leaf accented butter. Want it Spicy / Non-Spicy?
