Our new Xmas Tree! ( of the edible variety)

Have fun “dismantling” our Brownie Xmas Tree ! First, We start by “glue-ing” a bunch of double chocolate brownie popsicles with lots of melted semi-sweet french chocolate…

Valentine’s Day Menu

Palette Cleanser
Petite Salad: Marinated carrots tossed in imported frizzy greens, with pan-toasted almond slivers, tender raisins. Dressed in a refreshing multi-grain vinaigrette.

Platter of hors d’oeuvres to share
(all vegetarian options available upon pre-request)
• Norwegian smoked salmon with lemon & capers
• Sweet peppered shrimps with avocado
• Herbed feta cheese with seedless sweet grapes
• Char-grilled Tomato with a dash of olive oil and aged balsamico
• Warm and crusty Ciabatta bread

Choice of Main
1. White Dory fish, gently pan-seared with salt and pepper. Topped with buttered basil mushrooms
2. Australian Rib eye steak , grilled to your desired doneness. Served with a light peppery brown sauce
3. Guilt-less Chicken kebabs marinated in Lemon salt and olive oil.
4. Tender Buttermilk Chicken Breast with a light and gentle orange glaze.
5. Brazilian Lamb chops in a wine and rosemary rub, served with min pesto by side
6. Fisherman’s Deep fried seafood platter, Torpedo prawns, Calamari rings and chunky potato wedges with hand-crafted dips
7. Baby back ribs in a honey and mustard slow-grill sauce, with a hint of hickory smoke. Served with grilled sweet peaches
8. Vegetarian Tofu Melt topped with gooey Mozarella and lots of chunky white mushrooms
