We’re a small restaurant that believes in peace, love, unity (so hippy, hor?) and strong family values. Our working environment is vibrant, fast-paced and has a culture of its own. We call ourselves Slugs. We do not serve slugs, escargot or any form of mollusc on our menu. And contrary to our namesake, we do keep ourselves quite fit and are rather quick on our tippy-toes. We’re weird that way – and having a little weirdness is also part of our culture.

FULL-TIME SLUG
5-day work week with a maximum of 44 hours per week. Job scope & staff benefits listed below.
PART-TIME SLUG
Able to commit a minimum of 25 hours a week, for a period of 6 months or more. Job scope & staff benefits listed below.
STAFF BENEFITS
Staff meals, overtime pay, after-hours transportation provided (sometimes your boss sends you home. Beat that!) if shift ends late at night, generally one of the best working environments in Singapore. Full-time Slugs receive medical and annual leave benefits.
CURRENT JOB VACANCIES:
Full Time Cook:
• Follow standardised recipes when preparing orders. Broils, grills, fries, and/or sautés orders while following proper food handling and sanitation procedures. Ensures that all items on an order are completed at the same time, are visually appealing, and ready to serve.
• Good personal hygiene
• Able to speak and read simple English
• Minimum GCE ‘O’ levels or ‘N’ levels or SPM
• Singaporeans/ S’pore PRs/ Malaysians welcome to apply
Full-Time / Part Time Waitstaff:
• Able to multi-task: Make beverages, desserts, take menu orders, take care of customers’ needs, be friendly (yes, all at the same time)
• Provide fast, friendly and efficient service and suggest food and beverage items to ensure a genuine TGS dining experience for all guests
• Ensure that the indoor & outdoor dining areas and service areas are clean, stocked, and visually appealing. Work with supervisors, managers, directors and team members to provide smooth operation of the restaurant
• Occasional kitchen work + housekeeping duties
• Minimum GCE ‘O’ levels or ‘N’ levels or SPM
• Singaporeans/ S’pore PRs/ Malaysians welcome to apply
