Some of us managed to catch the Truffle-some Shrooms Pesto Pasta last week on its very last leg of the tour.
Pro Tip: Did you know! That out of the thousands of species of mushrooms out there in this big, big world, only a quarter of them are edible? And of that quarter, about four-fifths (ya, mathematics tiiime) is either too tough, too slimy, too tasteless, too tiny or simply too creepy to be picked and eaten. The varieties we are left with, though, like the Portobello, the white button, and the truffle (all of which are in our Truffle-some Shroom combo) are just gold, pure gold.
While we’re not serving this in-house anymore for the time being (a special’s gotta remain speshul), what we’re going to do is cook ’em fresh and put ’em in sturdy aluminium foil trays so they can be packed, stacked and enjoyed in the comforts of our own homes or a party at someone else’s! (making it even more speshul!)
Our Truffle-some Shrooms Pesto Pasta is available as a CNY take-home or potluck tray @ $65 nett per tray. Suggested serving size = 5~6 pax. To order, type in your preferred pickup date & time in the box below, and click on the Add To Cart button.
Are you hungry? Good. First, we’ll let you know what’s sold out. What’s not available anymore. Myehehehe

It’s our take on the Indian rasam, which we’ve done before about a half a year ago.
SOLD OUT things to share-share: tortilla-crusted chunky avocado fries with a spicy tomato cilantro salsa
Either way they’re sold out, so no need to think so much lah hor.
Pro Tip: Did you know! If you need to ripen your avocados, store them with bananas.
