(food) porn or busy slugs we are!

Gosh, it was a busy day at The Garden Slug today as 3 slugs got into our trusty ol’ van and went a people-feeding.. We were tasked to prepare the food & beverages for 2 back-to-back events today and we sure had fun We’re always thankful and heartened by the fact that our customers trust us to plan for such important events.

Our 1st event of the day. The food was created to reflect a ” summery, light and happy day” . Check out the ermm smiley shrimps.

Our 2nd event of the day. This one really tickled our creativity as our client wanted a party with an oriental/ asian theme. We created a fun spread with lots of chinoserie artifacts and visuals.

I just had to put in this pic!! Check out the darling tea pot with the chicken motif. We used it for our fiery dried-chilli infused soy sauce.

Quality of ribs has been very disappointing. The texture of the ribs served has been tough over the last few times. The broth of the seafood broth has also been getting less. Dessert menu could certainly be much better.

hehe... erm we adopt a very high-level management method that's been tried and tested by the biggest MNCs --> We rush like mad!! hahaha.. :-)
