Yes, the recipe is indeed mine, but I can’t take credit for it. I learned it from Tanon Tangkoskul, my wonderful Thai foodie buddy, when we were studying at Otago, Dunedin. We had to cook our own food and we loved experimenting. Tanon always wanted to open his own eatery, but I guess I beat him to it 😉
Mil, your answer is the closest. It was smart of you to just hazard “juice” as a guess… That means we won’t have to reveal what the secret juice is now… Hehehe
We sell at least five Zesty Beef Salads a day, using premium Australian Ribeye at your desired done-ness… we’re considering making it our signature dish. What do you think?
