Yes, the recipe is indeed mine, but I can’t take credit for it. I learned it from Tanon Tangkoskul, my wonderful Thai foodie buddy, when we were studying at Otago, Dunedin. We had to cook our own food and we loved experimenting. Tanon always wanted to open his own eatery, but I guess I beat him to it
